Pick
Pick the meat you want. For best shipping outcomes pick between 2-18 pounds. You can mix and match any of the cuts of meat you see on this page.
Pack
We will pack your order the next Tuesday after your order. We package you meat in a custom insulated box with dry ice.
Ship
We currently ship through UPS and will ship your package with in 24-48 hours. If you place an order over 40 lbs we will contact you about additional shipping costs.
