Ordering a whole pork from Stick Leg Ranch is the best bang for your buck. You get about 120 lbs of Pasture raised heritage pork in your freezer. This gives you a variety of cuts from roasts to bacon and everything in-between.
We ask that you pay the full amount of $960 or a DEPOSIT of $480 to reserve your whole pork and pay the rest at the time of delivery (cash, check or card). A whole Pork is $8.00/lb cut and wrapped delivered to you. A good rule of thumb is to help you plan accordingly is that 35 pounds of pork will take up 1 cubic feet of freezer space.
CUT LIST FOR A WHOLE PORK (ESTIMATION ONLY, ACUTAL NUMBERS ARE BASE ON SIZE OF CUTS AND OVER-ALL POUNDAGE). SINCE WE SELL RETAIL CUTS AS WELL, SOMETIMES WE ARE OUT OF CERTAIN CUTS. I WILL CONTACT YOU, CASE BY CASE, TO SEE IF SWAPPING CUTS IS APPROPRIATE.
