Sizes:

  • The SMALL box will be about 9 pounds of mixed cuts
  • The MEDIUM box is about 15 pounds of mixed cuts.
  • And last our LARGE box is about 19 pounds of mixed cuts.

Cuts:

  • 1/3 of the box will be ground beef and/or ground pork
  • 1/3 of the box will be roast (chuck, arm, bottom round, pork, brisket, tri-tip, pork roast, pork loin roast) 
  • 1/3 of the box will be a mix of our other cuts of meat including premium steaks, family steaks, pork chops, bacon, breakfast sausage, pork spare ribs, pork baby back ribs,  and more)
How Farm Cub Works

Welcome to STR Farm Club!

Being a subscription member gets your first dibs on all our cuts of beef and pork and reduced shipping costs.  

How this works is you pick the size of the box you want, how often you want to receive it (every 1, 2 or 3 months) and then give us instructions about what cuts you’d prefer (getting all the cuts you want is not a guarantee as it is based on supply, but we will do our best!). 

*Your boxes can suspend or cancelled at any time. 

**We ship out the 1nd Tuesday of every month.
