This box has 2 New York Steaks, a package of Bacon, 1 package of 2 Pork Chops, 7 Gourd Beef, 1 Stew Meat, and either a Beef or Pork Roast (you choose). The New York Strip is the long side of a T-bone steak. It has a nice thick fat cap and a rich beef flavor.
