Beef and Pork Sampler

This box has a little bit of everything for our delicious ranch raised pork and beef.  Our beef is all grass-fed and finished. Raised out on the beautiful Montana prairie. It is dry aged for the most delicious flavor. Our pork is pasture raised, outside where our pigs and get fresh air, sun light, and root around all day long. It makes for rich red marbled meat, like you have never tasted before!

The Large Box comes with:

• 1 Beef Roast
• 1 Premium Steak (Ribeye, NY, Top Sirloin)
• 1 Family Steak (Sirloin tip, Round, Cube steak)
• 1 Pck Pork Chops (2 in a package)
• 6 Ground Beef
• 2 Breakfast Sausage or Italian Sausage or Ground Pork
• 1 Bacon

The Medium Box comes with:

• 1 Beef or Pork Roast (specify your choice)
• 1 Family Steak (you pick from Sirloin Tip, Round, Cube Steak)
• 1 pck Pork Chops 
• 3 Ground Beef
• 1 Breakfast Sausage or Italian Sausage
• 1 Bacon

The Small Box come with:

• 1 roast (beef or pork)
• 2 Ground Beef
• 1 Bacon or Breakfast Sausage
