Ancestral Blend
This is a perfect blend of our incredible single animal sourced ground beef and nutrient dense organ meats from our grass fed and finished steers. We use a custom ratio to give you the perfect blend. This can be used in anything ground beef would be used in. We often use it in dishes with lots of flavor to mask the taste for the kids.
*If you are building your own meat box please select 5-20 lbs of meat. The boxes will generally fit up to 20 lbs of meat with enough dry ice to keep it frozen. Any less than 5 lbs is hard to ship at this time. In order to get you the best shipping rates keep the order within 10-20 lb range!
