Our grass-fed and finished briskets are so flavorful and delicious. Wether you slow-cook them or smoke them, you can't go wrong. We cut our brisket into half to make them more manageable for you. However if you would like a full-sized packers brisket feel free to ask and we can get that for you at a later time.
