We ask that you pay a DEPOSIT of $200 to reserve your eighth beef now and pay the rest at the time of delivery (cash, check or card). Your total will run about $425 at $8.50 per pound of beef cut and wrapped. A good rule of thumb is 1 cubic feet of freezer space for 35 pounds of beef.
An eighth beef is roughly 20-25 pounds of ground beef and 25-30 pounds of steaks and roast.
