We ask that you pay either pay the full amount of $500 or a DEPOSIT of $250 to reserve your eighth beef now and pay the rest at the time of delivery (cash, check or card). Your total will be 50 lbs of beef, $550 at $11.00 per pound of beef cut and wrapped. We do have organ meat and bones at an extra cost depending on how much you want. A good rule of thumb is 1 cubic feet of freezer space for 35 pounds of beef.
An eighth beef is roughly 20-25 pounds of ground beef and 25-30 pounds of steaks and roast.
