When you order half a beef from Stick Leg Ranch you get roughly 200 pounds of ranch-raised, grass-fed beef in your freezer. This is a good amount of meat for a medium-sized family to enjoy ground beef, steaks, roasts, and more for many family dinners.
We ask that you pay a DEPOSIT of $800 to reserve your half beef now and pay the rest at the time of delivery (cash, check or card). Your total runs around $1,700 total, at $8.50 per pound of meat cut and wrapped. In order to plan accordingly you will need roughly 1 cubic foot of freezer space for 35 pounds of beef.
A half beef includes roughly 100 of ground beef and 100 pounds of roasts and steak.
