When you order a quarter beef from Stick Leg Ranch you get roughly 100 pounds of ranch-raised, grass-fed beef in your freezer. This is plenty of meat for a medium-sized family to enjoy ground beef, steaks, roasts, and more weekly for family dinners.
We ask that you pay the full amount of $850 or a DEPOSIT of $400 to reserve your quarter beef now and pay the rest at the time of delivery (cash, check or card). Your total usually runs around $850 total, at $8.50 per pound of beef cut and wrapped. You can order organ meat and bones at an extra cost that depends on the amount you want. A good rule of thumb, to help you plan accordingly, is that you will need 1 cubic foot of freezer space for 35 lbs of beef.
A quarter beef includes roughly 50 pounds of ground beef and 50 pounds of steaks and roasts.
