Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Large Onion
  • 3 Medium Russet Potatoes
  • 1 LB SLR Grass Fed Ground Beef
  • 2 tsp Favorite Spice Blend (our family uses Petes Spice Blend)
  • 2 tsp Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper as needed
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese for the top

Marinade (Cover meat in marinade for 6-24 hours before you cook)

  • 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Aminos
  • 2 TBSP Olive or Avocado Oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 of a lemon or lime

Directions:

  1. Sauté onions and potatoes
  2. Add Ground beef and brown with onions/potatoes
  3. Add spices, mix & top with cheese

*I put a lid on the skillet and put it in the oven at 350 will the cheese is melted. This served our family of 5 with no left overs...if you want left overs you might double it all.
